What can I Claim for?

If you have suffered an accident that wasn't your fault, you can claim under English law with the help of an expert claims company. Here is what you could claim for:

  • Injury treatment (such as physiotherapy)
  • Vehicle damage
  • Travel expenses
  • Prescription receipts
  • Damage to property
  • Adapted accommodation as a result of injury
  • Special care or equipment
  • Loss of earnings

How Can I Claim?

Take a look through the claims specialists that deal with injury claims on our site. Take your time and have a look at what they offer, any costs, and what they require from you (name, accident details).

You can usually apply online or request a free 'call back' from a member of their team. They will then go through your story, find out what happened and be able to tell you if you could make a successful claim.

It is generally completely free to apply and there will be no upfront fees (though always make sure you check this in advance as there may be exceptions to the general rule).

How Long does it Take?

The length of the claims process depends on the type of accident you had and what injuries you suffered. A minor accident of whiplash following a traffic accident will generally take shorter than a severe accident.
