CREDIT CARD CHARGES

Find out about how to claim unfair credit cards below.

In the UK, nearly 15 million people are affected by unfair credit card charges each year. These can add up to thousands of pounds and leave customers really hard up.

What do Card Companies charge for?

Credit card companies charge for things like making late payments or going over your credit limit and even in cases where the customer is clearly struggling to repay their debt, card companies have been known to be relentless.

Can I Claim?

You can take action: claim unfair credit card charges with an expert claims specialist. They will fight your case and seek compensation on the fees as well as interest on top of them.

If the case wins, the claims company will most likely take a percentage of the compensation money.

Are there any Risks?

Some people might think that because their case is in the hands of a specialist company, they are on to a sure-fire win.

However there is no guarantee that the claims company can win – though in many cases, they do. The fact that there is unlikely to be any type of fee unless the case wins is a great advantage for many people.

That said, the fee which applies on winning cases could cut out a noticeable portion of your compensation. You can claim on your own, but this means much more hard work on your part. Many claims companies provide information on claiming alone.

If you are being subject to credit card fees and are building up debts, there are alternative options – you could seek financial advice from an impartial source.
